We started in a 1,200 sq ft service bay. Today we run a 7,200 sq ft indoor showroom with the largest test-ride floor in Alberta — and we still answer every email ourselves.
Why we exist.
Most ebike retailers ship a box. We thought Calgary deserved a place to actually try the bike — fat tires on snow, throttle response on hills, fit on a real road — before signing the cheque. That's why we built a showroom big enough to test ride 40 different bikes back-to-back.
Calgary winters are part of the test.
Every brand we carry has been ridden through one of our winters by someone on staff. If a battery loses 60% range below freezing, we won't sell it. If a chain skips on March slush, we won't sell it. We don't carry brands we wouldn't ride ourselves.
Service is half the value.
We sell it, we service it. Every bike comes with a free first tune-up, lifetime adjustments, and access to our in-house mechanics. Our team has built and rebuilt every model we carry — they'll tell you which bolts loosen first and which parts to keep spare.
