We service the brands we sell plus reputable manufacturers we can source parts for. Not every brand qualifies — if the company doesn't exist anymore or doesn't supply parts, we can't help. Call us at 888-400-7221 first and we'll tell you straight. All service is by appointment only.

We're currently exploring financing options and will announce them when available. For now we accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer.

Yes — for any reasonable-condition ebike. Call or book an appointment for a free evaluation — we'll quote a credit toward your new bike during your visit. We also buy older models outright if you just want to sell.

Yes. Single-level retail floor, accessible washroom on premises, designated accessible parking right at the entrance. We carry several mobility scooters with full test rides available indoors.

Please do — we have a kids' display by the counter and a small play corner. Children are welcome on test rides too (in a seat or trailer; we have demo units to try).

If we don't have a specific model or color in stock, we can usually order it in 5 – 10 days and you can do the test ride then. No deposit needed to reserve a unit incoming.

Yes, we ship across Canada. Shipping rates depend on the product and destination — call or email us for a quote. Local Calgary pickup is always available at the store.

We're in Bay 105 of the 11127 building (the long brick one). Look for the green “eBikes Calgary” sign — that's our front door. The bay next to ours is our service entrance if you're dropping off.

Yep, same hours all year. The store is climate-controlled. We sell studded tires, insulated battery covers, and winter gear in November – February — Calgary cyclists ride through –20° all the time.
