Welcome to ebikescalgary.com, operated by eBikes Calgary. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

General

These terms govern your use of ebikescalgary.com and any purchases made through the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Helcim. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping promotions apply to standard ground shipping within Canada where advertised.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Electric bikes must be unridden and in original, unassembled condition for a full refund. Bikes that have been assembled or ridden are subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty

Electric bikes sold by eBikes Calgary include the manufacturer's warranty as specified on each product page. Warranty claims are handled through our support team. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.

Tax

All applicable taxes (GST/HST and provincial taxes) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address within Canada.

Limitation of Liability

eBikes Calgary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on ebikescalgary.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of eBikes Calgary or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
