Brand, model, serial, what failed, when. Photos make a big difference — more is better than less.

2.We file the claim

We submit directly to Surface 604 / T4B / iGO etc. on your behalf, with the photos and your warranty proof.

3.Repair or replace

Once parts land, we book a free install. Most claims resolved in under two weeks; loaner bikes available if the repair is longer.
